

The Everyday Athlete Studio is a collaborative space for people to learn about themselves, improve their health, and inspire each other.
We offer a comprehensive series of courses designed to get you physically, mentally and emotionally fit. Our philosophy is one of integration, incorporating the best teaching from a variety of disciplines including Functional Training, Pilates, Yoga, Post Rehabilitation Exercise, Sports Medicine, Massage, Cranial Sacral Therapy and Guided Meditation. We believe that if people are given the tools for better health and the support of experienced and passionate teachers, they'll choose lives that are healthier and more connected.
