Private Personal Training at Everyday Athlete
Our private training programs are designed and customized to increase your body’s functioning and overall health as you evolve and gain new insights into your potential. A thorough assessment will tell us your level of strength, balance, flexibility and cardiovascular ability. Your trainer will help you develop overall core strength, strong movement patterns, and postural alignment, preparing you for more dynamic movement and ease in everyday activities. Challenging and stimulating, our one-on-one training sessions will give you the energy you need to pursue your life’s passions.
Training sessions are 55 minutes. Our most popular training times are 6:30 -10:30 am, and space is limited. Training programs can be customized to include small group training, massage and bodywork, as well as yoga, nutrition and acupuncture.
