Elements of Fitness

Elements of Fitness is our introductory program for clients unfamiliar with functional training. The exercises advance through basic progressions in a circuit-training format, proven to offer a "one-stop-shop" for improving your total body fitness. Most movements involve no heavy weights and are designed to work your body as a whole instead of muscle isolation. This functional total body training increases strength, functional flexibility, endurance and rate of recovery.

Everyday Athlete

Everyday Athlete—Have you ever felt like you have never probed the depths of your physical potential? This program was designed for you! Everyday Athlete begins from the inside out by strengthening the core muscles that provide a platform for everything we do. Each month the class progresses, adding complexity, speed, agility and power.

Core Conditioning

Core Conditioning will improve your posture, strengthen your "core" musculature, and challenge your coordination and balance. Specifically designed to complement our strength and conditioning programs, it is also a great workout on its own.

Prenatal Strength

Prenatal Strength classes are designed and customized to increase the function and overall health of your changing body. There is a real need to provide new mothers with expert instruction for their specific needs in an environment not found in large group training and more affordable than private training. This is a supportive environment where mothers to be can address their common physical issues together. Small group Training is one of our most popular services here at Everyday Athlete and we’re thrilled to be able to work with women both Pre & Post Natal.

Mommy Boot Camp

Get your heart rate going in this specially designed circuit training class. Improve your strength, balance, flexibility and "core" using the latest techniques and tools including stability balls, medicine balls, jump ropes, dumbbells and more. Our most popular small group training for women.

Baby Wearing

This class combines safe movements while holding your baby in a carrier, you will learn essential core strength that will allow you to have fun with your child and minimize your aches and pains related to childcare. A great way to start moving after childbirth and a solid introduction to our Baby Bungee Class.
