Your program begins with a complete and thorough movement screen, and soft- tissue assessment and physical & health history interview. Whether you are starting in a less conditioned state, recovering from injury, or looking to improve conditioning and performance, our functional training programs all start with a focus on the development of proper core strength, balance, and alignment to ensure your success as you move into more dynamic movement.

*Functional Training (FT) is a broad, science based methodology whose roots are in Physical Therapy, Sports Medicine and Performance Enhancement for athletes.
