This 45 minute parent/caregiver participation class includes singing, dancing, climbing, parachute games and early tumbling exercises that will have your baby inspired to get moving! Each class has a new theme and each activity is carefully chosen to inspire visual, auditory and motor skill development. Additionally, this program provides social interaction with other children which is a stepping stone in teaching how to share, take turns, and be respectful of others.
Teenie Tumblers (18 months - 2.5 yrs)

Tumble Kats (3 yrs - 4 yrs) On my own/Separation class
This tumbling class is designed to help pre-schoolers develop their self-confidence by improving their physical skills as well as mental and emotional abilities through a combination of movement education and specific gymnastic tumbling skills and positions. Our USTA trained staff use safe, progressive, and encouraging teaching techniques appropriate to each age level.
Tumbling Tigers (4 yrs - 6 yrs)
This class offers tumbling instruction and movement education using gymnastic and tumbling equipment to develop more dynamic muscle motor skills, strength, flexibility, coordination, and the confidence to progress to the next level of tumbling and trampoline skills.
Acro-Tumbling Boys and Girls (6 yrs - 12 yrs)
Acro-Tumbling blends the most exciting aspects of artistic gymnastic floor exercise with dynamic trampoline skills. This class will improve strength, flexibility, coordination, and a greater confidence in athletic performance. Learn proper technique of cartwheels, handstands, somersaults, and more.
Youth Programs
These programs were designed for children to explore their own physical abilities and the benefits of exercise. Through their bodies, children develop an understanding of how healthy habits of regular exercise make them feel both mentally stimulated and physically relaxed. They are also encouraged to develop interpersonal skills, cooperating in games with children whose abilities are more or less advanced than their own in a safe supportive environment.
One-on-One Youth Personal Training
Together with one of our experienced staff mentors, your child will have the opportunity to explore their physical abilities and discover their own athletic interests. It is our goal to help your child develop a greater confidence as well as new strength, agility, and a desire to challenge their own physical expectations.
